The unvaccinated remain the story’s designated villains. The pressure campaign has limits. NBC reports that vaccinations have stalled across Tennessee despite Dolly Parton, who helped fund the Moderna shot, finding some of her own fans at her theme park unwilling to take it. Even Fox News urging viewers to get vaccinated does little to move the holdouts.
